This is Iñaki Ochoa de Olza his project. Iñaki, who died on Annapurna on May 23rd, 2008, while attempting to climb his 13th 8000er, wanted to give back to the orphans, the poorest and most needing children, who are living in countries with mountains higher than 8000 metres, some of what he received from them. An orphanage in Nepal, a hospital in Pakistan and a school in Dharamsala, where Tibetan exiles have settled.

SOS Himalaya is Iñaki's legacy.

The Book of Iñaki
Under the skies of Asia The second edition of the book he wrote Iñaki Ochoa de Olza already in bookstores in Spain. Biographical cut, "Bajo los cielos de Asia" reveals how Iñaki understand life and the mountains to the time he tells the fascinating challenge of climbing the highest peaks on earth. The profits they generate book sales will go to SOS Himalaya.
